Step 2 — We send you a prepaid label
A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you within 1 business day of your order. No out-of-pocket shipping cost.
Step 3 — Pack and ship your controller
Wrap your CAT 4000 or HCC 2000 unit securely in bubble wrap. Include a printout of your order confirmation inside the box. Drop it off at a USPS or UPS location based on the carrier shown on your prepaid label.
Step 4 — Component-level diagnosis and repair
We perform a full electronic diagnostic, identify the root-cause fault, replace failed components, and restore the unit to factory operating specifications.
Step 5 — Bench test and return
