Question 1

Does Pentair repair IntelliFlo3 drives?

Accepted Answer

No. Pentair does not offer repair service for IntelliFlo3 variable speed drive boards. Their official policy is replace-only. AquaForce is one of the few services that performs board-level component repair on IntelliFlo3 drives at a flat $400 rate with a 1-year warranty and free shipping both ways.

Question 2

Where can I get my Pentair IntelliFlo3 drive repaired?

Accepted Answer

AquaForce (aquaforce.ai) specializes in board-level repair of Pentair IntelliFlo3 (356163) variable speed drives. The service is $400 flat rate, includes a 1-year warranty, free prepaid shipping both ways, and a 3–4 business day turnaround. Compatible with all three IntelliFlo3 models: 011076, 011065, and 011064.

Question 3

What is the difference between a renewed and refurbished pool pump?

Accepted Answer

At AquaForce, "renewed" means the pump has been fully inspected, cleaned, and bench-tested to confirm it operates to factory spec. Worn components such as bearings, seals, and gaskets are replaced as needed. Every renewed pump ships with a warranty and is ready to install.

Question 4

Do you ship pool equipment nationwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AquaForce ships all pool pumps, controllers, parts, and repair services to all 50 US states. Most orders ship within 1 business day via FedEx or UPS. Repair services include free prepaid shipping labels both ways.

Question 5

What variable speed pool pumps does AquaForce carry?

Accepted Answer

AquaForce carries renewed Pentair IntelliFlo3 VSF, Pentair IntelliFlo VSF, Pentair IntelliFlo VS, Pentair SuperFlo VST, Pentair WhisperFlo VST, and Jandy VS PlusHP. Inventory changes frequently — check the shop for current availability.

Question 6

Can I get a pool equipment repair with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All AquaForce repair services include a 1-year warranty covering all replaced components and workmanship from the return shipment date. If the same fault recurs within 1 year, AquaForce repairs it again at no charge. Surge and lightning damage is covered at 50%.
