Pentair does not repair IntelliFlo3 drives. The IF3 drive assembly (P/N 356163 / 356163Z) is engineered as a replace-only component — Pentair's own service answer is to buy a new drive at $1,000 or more. There are no Pentair-authorized service centers that perform drive-level repair on the IntelliFlo3 platform. Our master component-level restoration service rebuilds your existing IF3 drive (356163 / 356163Z) to OEM standards for a fraction of the replacement cost. How the Repair Process Works
Step 1 — Purchase this listing
Your $350 payment secures your spot on our repair bench. You will receive an order confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Step 2 — We send you a prepaid label
A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you within 1 business day of your order. No out-of-pocket shipping cost.
Step 3 — Pack and ship your drive
Wrap your IF3 drive securely in bubble wrap. Include a printout of your order confirmation inside the box. Drop it off at a USPS or UPS location based on the carrier shown on your prepaid label.
Step 4 — Component-level rebuild
We perform a full diagnostic under high-magnification inspection, replace primary power switching MOSFETs, linear voltage regulators, and install upgraded heavy-duty surge-filtering capacitors.
Step 5 — Bench test and return
Your rebuilt board is tested under simulated motor load before shipping. We ship it back fully restored and ready to bolt back onto your pump — typically within 3–4 business days of arrival.
