Shipping & Returns

We ship to all 50 US states via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on item size and destination.

Transit times are estimates and begin after the item ships, not after order placement. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Rebuilt and RENEWED items may require an additional 1 business day for final inspection before shipment.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Local delivery is available in Southwest Florida at no charge.

After placing your order, contact us to arrange a delivery time. We'll confirm availability and provide the address.

Pool equipment is heavy and fragile. We pack every order carefully with appropriate padding and double-boxing where needed.

If your item arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before opening further, then contact us immediately. Carrier damage claims require documentation.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, uninstalled condition.

If a NEW item arrives defective, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you navigate the claim.

RENEWED items carry a 30-day functional warranty from AquaForce. If it fails within 30 days of delivery under normal use, contact us and we'll make it right.
